Description

Join us with Nicole Hoffmann for this fun and yummy week! Chef Nicole is a teacher and pioneering cook who helped create some of the favorite recipes used by Portland Public Schools and was involved in the launch of Michelle Obama’s Chefs Move to Schools program. To get our food craft on, we’ll take a day trip to a local farm to gather natural ingredients and then Nicole will show us how we can get creative with baking, canning, drying, candying and more all week long!
