Kids will learn how to use a sewing machine, how to hand sew and embroider and how to work with patterns to make projects ranging from pillows and stuffies, to bags and book covers. In this class we explore many different types of sewing as we begin to build a foundation of fun and practical sewing skills! For more experienced sewists, we meet them where they are and modify projects so they continue to build useful sewing skills.
This series includes after school snacks and all supplies needed to make each project. We do not have classes on days PPS is not in session. Please note this includes April 6th and May 25th, there will be no class on those days.
Transportation is available from Abernethy Elementary for an additional $40/child.
