Elementary Grades Sewing: Grades 1-5

This class is great for brand new sewists, as well as those who may already have experience or would like more practice with sewing fundamentals. Our final project list will be decided by the group during our first class, but will include at least 1 simple garment, at least 1 creative sewing project, and at least 1 gift. At the end of this series your kiddo will know all the machine sewing basics to be comfortable with independent sewing, and will have some excellent finished projects to show off their new sewing skills!

This series includes all supplies needed to make each project. Class program runs 4pm-5:45pm, but take advantage of flex time: drop off as early as 3:45, pick up as late as 6:00.

*Please note: Registrations are non-refundable. If OHA guidelines change to impact in-person classes, this class will move online.​ Minimum enrollment is 5 students (max 8); if the class does not reach minimum enrollment, it will be cancelled and refunded. Classes meet weekly Sept 29-Dec 8, except there will be NO CLASSES Nov 10th and Nov 24th (9 classes total).
